Directions

Clay Brook Farm is located on Old Pump Road just off of Route 15 in Jericho Village. The Jericho Post Office is on the corner of Route 15 and Old Pump Road, the Jericho Elementary School is across the street. Follow Old Pump Road 8/10 of a mile and you will see Clay Brook Farm on the left.
