What We Do

There is always a lot going on at Clay Brook Farm. Of course every Wednesday brings the excitement of pick-ups for C.S.A. members, but our work continues all week long. Our produce travels far around the Greater Burlington area to reach the plates of hungry, health-conscious consumers like yourself. Our cut flowers grace the tables of homes, gatherings and celebrations alike. School groups visit us in the fall to experience the bounty of the harvest season and learn about the importance of farming and caring for the land.
